Job summary

Axiom Technologies is seeking experienced AV Support Engineers – L2 Field Support to provide onsite technical support for meeting room and AV environments across client locations in Fort Worth, Texas. This is an on-demand field support opportunity with hours not guaranteed and a 1099 contractor arrangement.

The ideal candidate will diagnose complex AV issues, configure and install meeting rooms, and coordinate with remote teams and OEM vendors.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience troubleshooting meeting room technologies and AV equipment.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms and related peripherals.
• Strong knowledge of network connectivity for AV environments.

Responsibilities

• Advanced Onsite Troubleshooting of AV issues.
• New Meeting Room Setup & Build.
• IMACD activities – install/move/add/change & decommission.
• Advanced Configuration Support for Teams Admin Center.
• Network & AV Issue Isolation.
• UAT & Meeting Room Certification.
• Documentation & Reporting.
