We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior/Mid-level Front-end Engineer to join our core product team and independently lead a new business initiative. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our technology and product, and work with us to create world-class applications.

• Independently responsible for the front-end architecture design and development of a new business line.

• Mentoring and developing junior engineers, organizing code reviews, and ensuring team code quality.

• Exploring and introducing cutting-edge front-end technologies to continuously optimize the front-end development process and performance.

• Collaborating closely with product, design, and back-end teams to create an exceptional user experience.

• Shipping user-facing commercial products at scale with high quality standards.

• Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

• 2-5 years of front-end development experience.

• Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms.

• Proficiency in modern JavaScript and TypeScript development.

• Expertise with React and its ecosystem (Next.js, Redux Toolkit, Tailwind CSS).

• Familiar with front-end engineering, modularization, and component-based development, with experience in large-scale projects.

• In-depth research and practical experience in front-end performance optimization.

• Passion for technology with strong attention to code quality and rapid learning abilities.

• Good product awareness and teamwork spirit, with the ability to think proactively and solve problems.

• Demonstrated interest in AI products and emerging technologies, with strong interest in AI technology and its applications.

• Experience developing AI products (chatbots, agent visualization, conversational interfaces, etc.).

• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance development productivity and workflow efficiency.

• Experience shipping user-facing commercial products at scale.

• Experience with internationalization (i18n) development, including multi-language support, RTL/LTR layout adaptation, and timezone/currency handling.

• Background in competitive analysis and technical research.

• Active open source contributor with personal projects and technical experimentation.

• Hands-on experience with Electron desktop application development.
