• Degree in Finance, IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 8-10 years in technology business analysis or software development, focusing on investment/banking applications
• Experience managing complex IT projects, including system integrations and data migrations
• Strong interpersonal, communication, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proficiency in documenting BRD, FSD, use cases in Gherkin, visual modeling, and business processes
• Expertise in ETL, SQL, APIs, data analysis, pattern recognition, and modeling
• Experience in Product Management, Agile, and delivery-focused methodologies
• Understanding of investment domain, financial applications, workflows, UI/UX, database design, and software engineering best practices
• Knowledge of DealCloud

• Develop and support private market processes: deal execution, transaction booking, valuations
• Manage Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the product team
• Lead stakeholder discovery sessions and workshops to gather requirements
• Design and validate IT solutions with engineering and architecture teams
• Conduct data analysis, develop models, and present solutions to stakeholders
• Prioritize features, support project execution, and facilitate requirement revisions
