A professional services firm in Singapore is seeking a meticulous Tax Assistant / Associate cum Accountant to support clients in accounting, tax, and compliance matters. The ideal candidate will handle tasks such as preparing full sets of accounts, GST reporting, and corporate income tax computations. Qualifications
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or tax compliance.
- Familiar with Singapore tax and accounting standards (SFRS).
- Candidates pursuing ACCA/CPA/ISCA/SCTP qualifications are encouraged to apply.

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Tax Assistant / Associate cum Accountant to join our professional services team. The ideal candidate will support clients in accounting, tax, and compliance matters, including preparation of unaudited financial statements, GST reporting, and tax computations.
This role offers hands‑on exposure to a wide range of accounting and tax assignments across various industries, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
- Prepare full set of accounts for clients, including general ledger, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of unaudited financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards.
- Handle GST reporting and submission (including quarterly GST returns).
- Prepare corporate income tax computations (Form C / C‑S) and supporting schedules for submission to IRAS.
- Assist in the filing of Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI) and liaise with IRAS when required.
- Support in client onboarding, document management, and tax engagement processes.
- Communicate with clients and other stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
- Perform ad‑hoc duties and assignments as required by management.
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or tax compliance (experience in an accounting / audit / tax firm preferred).
- Familiar with Singapore tax and accounting standards (SFRS) will be preferrable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Singtax, QBO, or other accounting software will be value added.
- Detail‑oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
