Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Events Management Agency
• Position Title: Events Executive
• Working Location: Ubi (Near MRT)
• Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon – Fri (9.30am – 6.30pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Work along with the Events Manager to develop event concepts, allocate budgets, coordinate logistics, and execute events from start to finish.
• Liaise effectively with creative, production teams, and external suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Oversee onsite activities, including venue arrangements, attendee registration, and coordination with speakers and participants.
• Foster and strengthen relationships with key clients and business partners.
• Manage schedules and adhere to strict timelines in a dynamic, fast-evolving event environment.
• Maintain good record of documentation and provide frequent progress updates to all stakeholders.
• Support post-event evaluation by gathering feedback, preparing reports, and suggesting enhancements for future events.

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing Communications, Events Management, or a relevant discipline.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage tight deadlines in dynamic settings.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Prior experience in event management or conference planning (agency setting) is an added advantage.
