A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an Indoor Sales Operations Admin. You will assist customers with sales enquiries, manage order processing, and provide operational support to the sales team. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, alongside IT proficiency. This role offers a monthly salary range of $2500 to $3000 and involves a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of relevant working experience in Sales & Marketing.
  • IT literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of import/export documentation is an advantage.

Job Description
  • Assist customers on sales enquiries via telephone calls, emails, etc.
  • Responsible for following up on enquiries
  • Responsible for expediting order processing, preparing quotations and invoicing
  • Work closely with sales team and providing them with updates when necessary
  • Coordinate with Store and Logistics teams on delivery
  • Coordinate and monitor deliveries and inventories for customers
  • Inventory management
  • Provide operational support to the Sales team
Requirements
  • 2 years of relevant working experience in Sales & Marketing
  • IT literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
  • Knowledge of import/ export documentation, shipping, marine insurance and/or L/C negotiation is an advantage
