Job Description:

Candidate Sourcing

• Sourcing and placing of blue-collar candidates to our clients across multiple industries via job ads, referrals, and established counterparts
• Screening of resumes, verifying candidates' employment histories via MOM WPOL and checking of workers' training records via MOM e-services
• Conducting of initial interviews and assessing candidates' qualifications, skills set and fit for the roles

Client Management

• Proactively maintaining and developing a good working relationship with our clients
• Ensuring clients' hiring needs are met
• Managing end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing of suitable candidates to work permit issuance
• Assisting clients with the repatriation and termination of workers whenever required

Logistic Arrangement / Administrative Duties

• Arranging of drivers' schedules to pick up workers for arrival/ departure, training classes, MOM thumbprinting and Pre-Employment Medical
• Translating of workers' documents from Chinese to English for submission to MOM
• Applying and Issuing of candidates' IPAs
• Purchasing of Security Bonds and Medical Insurance
• Actively keeping up on industry trends and benchmarks
• Ad-hoc duties assigned

Reporting Manager: Operations Manager

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of administrative experience
• CEI (basic) license or CEI (KAH) preferred
• Able to converse fluently in Chinese with our non-english speaking counterparts from various regions
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and together as a team
• High level of intergrity and takes accountability of work
• Able to multi-task and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Self-Driven, have a positive mindset and attitude
• Takes initiative to improve processes effectively and be adaptable to changes
