Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement processes by issuing Purchase Orders (POs) or Request for Quotations (RFQs).
  • Coordinate with local and overseas suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to secure cost-effective purchases.
  • Monitor inventory levels and support engineering change tracking.

Job Highlights / Benefits:
  • Salary: $3,200 – $4,000
  • 5-day work week (Mon–Fri, 8:30 am – 6:00 pm / 9:00 am – 6:30 pm)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage procurement processes by issuing Purchase Orders (POs) or Request for Quotations (RFQs) according to MRP requirements.
  • Coordinate with both local and overseas suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any purchasing or logistics issues.
  • Negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms to secure cost-effective and quality purchases for machine components and materials.
  • Monitor inventory levels and support engineering change (EC) tracking to ensure continuity in production planning.
  • Prepare and present regular purchasing reports, and propose improvements to streamline procurement processes.
Job Requirements:
  • Degree in Business, Purchasing, or Supply Chain Management preferred.
  • At least 2 years of procurement experience in the MNC manufacturing or semiconductor sector.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms
