Job summary

Une entreprise leader dans le secteur des appareils électroménagers recherche un Responsable des Ventes pour développer sa clientèle et maximiser le chiffre d'affaires. Le candidat idéal aura une solide expérience en vente, une formation en marketing et sera capable de diriger une équipe vers le succès. Qualifications

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth and achieve monthly retail sales targets by effectively managing the retail sales channel.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aimed at expanding the company’s customer base and enhancing its market presence.
  • Conduct sales training sessions for dealer sales teams, covering the company’s retail business processes, daily operations, and customer management strategies.
  • Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the dealer network to effectively allocate tasks to sales and marketing executives.
  • Oversee all administrative tasks and track both individual and team sales performance.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments, including Marketing, Accounts, Logistics & Operations, and HR, to ensure the successful completion of assigned tasks.
  • Prepare monthly sales and collection reports, as well as annual budget plans.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities; contribute to the development of management’s strategic policies.
  • A self-motivated individual who works closely with the sales team to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • May be required to travel for regional sales and product meetings.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Retail Management, or Business.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the kitchen appliances industry, managing both traditional and modern trade or project sales.
  • Proven experience in leading a sales team, driving sales from planning to closure, and consistently achieving or surpassing targets.
  • Strong skills in reporting, administrative writing, Microsoft Office, planning and execution, and negotiation.
  • Highly motivated and passionate with a strong drive to achieve set targets.
