• Rehearsal Management: Scheduling and coordinating rehearsals, ensuring all actors and crew are present and prepared.
  Preparing rehearsal reports and communicating changes to the creative team.Managing and organizing the stage crew during rehearsals.Facilitating technical rehearsals and ensuring proper integration of lighting, sound, and other technical elements.
• Performance Management: Calling cues for the show, including lighting, sound, set changes, and actor entrances/exits.Managing the stage crew during performances.Overseeing the show's overall organization and logistics.Ensuring the performance venue, props, and furnishings are in order.
• Communication & Organization: Acting as a primary point of contact for designers and set builders.Maintaining open communication with the director, cast, and crew.Scheduling meetings and taking notes.Ensuring the theatre is safe and tidy.
