Job summary
A leading professional services firm in Singapore is seeking experienced individuals for a client-facing tax advisory role in the real estate and asset management sector. The ideal candidate should possess a relevant degree and have 8-9 years of experience in Corporate Tax, with strong communication and project management skills. Responsibilities include tax structuring, due diligence, and advising on real estate acquisitions. Opportunities to develop deep industry knowledge and grow within a vibrant market await the successful candidate.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 to 9 years of relevant working experience in local Corporate Tax / Mergers & Acquisitions.
- Tax advisory experience in fund structuring and/or real estate M&A in Singapore and international markets.
- Strong writing skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
Responsibilities
- Involve in fund structuring and tax structuring of carried interests.
- Conduct tax due diligence of real estate holding entities.
- Advise on cross border real estate acquisition projects.
