The Company

Our client, a private family office, is looking to hire a detail-oriented and trustworthy Accountant to join their close-knit team and support the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the family.

The Role

The accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements, and providing timely reporting to support decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Manage general ledger
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports in accordance to SFRS/IFRS
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including expense reimbursements and vendor payments.
• Assist with budgeting, cash flow analysis, and financial forecasting.
• Support year-end audit and tax preparation in coordination with external accountants and tax advisors.
• Maintain documentation and filing systems for financial records.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.

Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in accounting and finance and bring along with you 5 years of experience. You are well versed in SFRS, have a high level of confidentiality and professionalism, are meticulous and are a team player.
