Qualifications

• Minimum 8 to 9 years of relevant working experience in local Corporate Tax / Mergers & Acquisitions.
• Tax advisory experience in fund structuring and/or real estate M&A in Singapore and international markets.
• Strong writing skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Involve in fund structuring and tax structuring of carried interests.
• Conduct tax due diligence of real estate holding entities.
• Advise on cross border real estate acquisition projects.
