Job summary
A construction management firm in Singapore is looking for an accounting professional to handle full sets of accounts, manage budgets, and prepare payroll. The ideal candidate will have at least a Diploma in Accounting or Finance, with 2+ years of experience in the construction industry. Responsibilities include managing AP/AR, conducting stock-taking, and liaising with auditors. This role offers opportunities for skills development and career growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction industries.
Responsibilities
- Handle full sets of accounts, budget and cash flow management.
- Manage AP, AR and General Ledger (GL) accounts.
- Prepare, file, and submit CPF, GST and tax return.
- Monthly Payroll preparation for staff and workers.
- Conduct monthly stock-taking and prepare invoices.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax agents.
