Work you’ll do
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of global premium clients across all industries.
  • Keep abreast with the latest development of immigration requirement.
  • Ensure service delivery according to the Deloitte quality standards.
  • Identify and be able to provide a holistic business support advice to clients for matters relating to immigration permits, company set up, licensing etc.
  • Key liaison contact with relevant government authorities.
  • Monitor applications from initiation through to successful completion includes providing proper guidance to team members in respect of liaising with the clients to collate necessary information / documentation, drafting applications, issuing advice notes and lodging applications with the relevant government authorities.
  • Work with management on business development opportunities.
  • Manage the financial performance of the team by monitoring billing and collections status

Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in any commerce/ business related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in global mobility/immigration services preferably gained from a professsional services firm or other related organisations.
  • Strong command of verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Must be a team player and versatile to work with people of diverse background and experience.
  • Mature in handling clients issues and possess good interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under tight deadlines.
