Job summary
A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager/Manager, HR (Talent Acquisition) for a 9-month contract. The successful candidate will oversee the recruitment cycle, engage with stakeholders, manage onboarding, and analyze recruitment data. A background in HR or Business Administration and 5 years of recruitment experience is essential. This role offers competitive remuneration of up to SGD 6.5K.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in recruitment, preferably inhouse or in the public sector.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete recruitment cycle including job listings and sourcing candidates.
- Engage line managers to understand recruitment needs.
- Manage pre-boarding and onboarding processes for new hires.
- Perform recruitment data analysis to support HRBPs.
Skills
Education
Oversee the complete recruitment cycle which involves creating job listings, sourcing of candidates through all channels, conducting interviews and extending job offers
Engage line managers and HRBPs to understand recruitment needs and establish talent pipelines for critical roles
Provide counsel to stakeholders on all matters pertaining to recruitment
Manage pre-boarding and onboarding processes to ensure good new hire experience
Perform recruitment data analysis to support recruitment and market insights shared with line managers and HRBPs
- Background in HR, Business Administration or any related disciplines
- 5 years of relevant experience in recruitment – prior inhouse recruitment and/or public sector experience would be advantageous
