Job description

We are looking for a capable and detail-oriented Assistant HR Manager to support the Human Resources department in driving HR operational excellence and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR advisory on employee relations, HR policies, and compliance matters
  • Handle staff grievances and employee issues professionally and in line with company procedures
  • Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation
  • Track and manage the full employee life cycle, from hiring to exit, ensuring timely updates and reporting
  • Prepare salary proposals and ensure internal equity in compensation
  • Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate and confidential HR records in HRIS and ensure compliance with local labour laws
  • Coordinate with payroll, benefits, and administrative teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Support HR audits, compliance reporting, and ad-hoc HR projects
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Admin or related field
  • At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably with exposure to employee relations
  • Solid knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and compensation frameworks
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
