Job summary

A leading HR service provider in Singapore is seeking an HR Operations Advisor to act as a strategic partner in enhancing the employee experience. The ideal candidate should have over 4 years of HR experience, excel in coaching and data analysis, and be passionate about improving workplace processes. Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in HR Operations or HR Generalist roles.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in transactional payroll is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Advise managers and employees on the full employee lifecycle.
  • Serve as contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies.
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes including performance management.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or a HR Shared Services environment.
  • Proficiency with Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high bar for quality in a fast-paced environment.
  • A demonstrated ability to coach, influence, and build trust with employees and managers at all levels.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a bias for action and a passion for improving processes and the employee experience.
  • Prior experience in transactional payroll is useful knowledge.
  • Proven work on process optimization will be an added advantage.
  • Experienced candidate in the right competencies could be offered a Lead role.

Supporting the Head of Corporate Services, you will be a key point of contact for both managers and employees, championing internal processes and enhancing the employee experience. Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted HR advisor to BU Heads and employees, providing coaching on the full employee lifecycle from performance management to employee relations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, delivering support on HR policies, benefits, and systems to enhance the employee experience.
  • Own employee’s lifecycle process of performance management, policy implementation, HR analytics & report, HR/Payroll systems and recruitment.
  • Understanding hiring right by partnering closely with hiring managers to secure the right hires for business needs.
  • Champion data integrity by managing all HRIS transactions and audits, leveraging people analytics to generate actionable business insights.
  • Partner with internal teams (Service Delivery, Finance) and external vendors to execute core processes including Insurance renewals etc.
  • Lead the internship management and campus hire.
