Responsibilities
  • Oversee the complete recruitment cycle which involves creating job listings, sourcing of candidates through all channels, conducting interviews and extending job offers
  • Engage line managers and HRBPs to understand recruitment needs and establish talent pipelines for critical roles
  • Provide counsel to stakeholders on all matters pertaining to recruitment
  • Manage pre-boarding and onboarding processes to ensure good new hire experience
  • Perform recruitment data analysis to support recruitment and market insights shared with line managers and HRBPs
Requirements
  • Background in HR, Business Administration or any related disciplines
  • 5 years of relevant experience in recruitment – prior in‑house recruitment and/or public sector experience would be advantageous
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently
