DESIGNATION

HR Assistant (3 Month Contract)

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the administration of employee life-cycle matters, including but not limited to onboarding, inventory issuance and management, probation tracking, contract renewals, work-pass processing, medical examinations, and end-of-employment tasks.
  • Assist in training coordination such as course registration and approval, attendance tracking, invoice processing, and maintaining training records and databases.
  • Support the digitalisation of HR files and records, including scanning, uploading, and secure disposal of confidential documents.
  • Provide general administrative and HR support
  • Any other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma qualification in any field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Meticulous, organised, and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Prior HR or administrative experience will be an advantage.
