Job summary

A coworking space provider in Singapore is seeking a Learning & Development professional to maintain training records, assist in external training coordination, and ensure effective communication of training schedules. The ideal candidate should have a minimum A’level or Diploma, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong organizational and communication skills. This role offers a 3-month contract with specific working hours.

Job Description - Learning & Development
  • Maintain training records and assist in tracking training effectiveness and compliance with mandatory training requirements (e.g. BCLS/ACLS)
  • Assist in the coordination and registration of external training programs.
  • Communicate training schedules clearly and promptly to relevant stakeholders to ensure transparency and ease of registration.
  • Process and track training-related invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Support implementation of HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Requirements:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Organized and have administrative experience
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently and as a team
Working hours
  • Monday – Thursday: 8.30 am – 6.00 pm
  • Friday: 8.30 am – 5.30 pm
  • 1 hour lunch break
  • (within 42 hours per week)
  • 3 months contract
