Reporting to the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for:

• Driving sales and achieving KPI targets
• Managing rosters and controlling wages
• Maintaining store presentation and visual merchandising standards
• Overseeing inventory management and loss prevention
• Recruiting and retaining team members
• Leading, coaching, and developing staff to meet and exceed KPI goals
• Communicating effectively in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Maintaining a positive, fun attitude and leading by example to deliver excellent customer service
