Job description

Key responsibilities

• Support in managing Ecommerce sales channels on marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, E-Shop, TikTok)
• Support to manage the promotional pricing and assortment strategy and controlling of A&P budget.
• Forecast, measure and report key ecommerce metrics including GMV, number of orders, average order value, discounts, etc
• Work with content team to set up product listings, shop-in-shop designs and ensure content are aligned with brands’ marketing and promotion plans
• Ensure timely execution of promotions e.g. alignment of campaign calendars of various marketplaces
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders (channel PIC, digital marketing team) to drive Ecommerce sales
• Work with vendors to ensure smooth fulfilment processes and consumer experience

Requirement

• Candidates must be good at excel for report & reconciliation 2 years of experience in e-Commerce for physical products and familiar with platforms.
• Expectation within 6 months: Maintain operation, sales reports, this role will support the stock / inventory check 2 times w SCM (once per 3 months)
