A leading HR analytics firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional focused on HR analytics and payroll processing. The role requires expertise in analyzing HR data to provide insights for strategic decisions and managing payroll data to ensure compliance. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in HR analytics and payroll processing. Familiarity with HRIS systems like BIPO and analytic tools like Power BI is essential. Attention to detail and effective communication skills are vital for success in this position.
Focused on HR analytics, transforming complex data into meaningful insights, and using data to influence HR strategy and decision‑making.
