Job description

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead & supervise Accounts Executives GL, Fixed Assets, reconciliations, Project Accounting and review their work;
• Ensure proficiency and effectiveness in day-to-day accounting operations, month-end account closing and year-end closing;
• Prepare monthly financial reporting, project reporting and controlling, management reporting, forecast, annual budget and other reports assigned;
• Ensure timely submission of reportings;
• Able to handle large volume of transactions;
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agent, governmental authorities & etc.
• Review areas where processes and procedures could be further improved for greater efficiency.

Requirements

• Degree or professional qualification in accounting;
• At least 6 years of accounting experience;
• Meticulous and excellent attention to details to ensure data accuracy;
• Committed and able to cope with tight reporting deadlines;
• Adaptable and flexible – must be willing to be hands-on with day-to-day transactions and issues;
• A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills at all levels;
