A global technology company in Singapore is seeking an experienced GL Accountant. The role involves month-end closing, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Accounting or ACCA qualification, with at least 5 years in GL accounting and strong knowledge of SAP. This position offers dynamic work in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben
- Perform GL month-end closing and posting of journals.
- Prepare monthly reporting, cash forecast and group reporting.
- Ensure compliance to company policies and maintain strong internal controls.
- Prepare audit schedules and manage the entire audit process.
- Tax compliance - GST, Withholding Tax, Corporate Tax.

- Perform GL month-end closing and posting of journals such as provisions, accruals, deferrals, reclassifications
- Work closely with other team members to ensure all financials are reported correctly and on time.
- Prepare monthly reporting, cash forecast and group reporting.
- Prepare monthly Balance Sheet reconciliation and investigate any unusual item.
- Ensure compliance to company policies and maintain strong internal controls.
- Prepare audit schedules and manage the entire audit process.
- Finalization of Financial Reports and ensure all statutory reporting are comply with, including statistical surveys.
- Tax compliance - GST, Withholding Tax, Corporate Tax, Transfer Pricing.
- Prepare corporate tax information for tax agent to complete tax computation and filing.
- Perform variance analysis and manage costs accruals/ provisions.
- Work closely with FP&A team to assist in budgeting, forecasting and analysis.
- Calculation of sales incentive and submit to HR for payroll submission.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and local government bureaus as required.
- Collaborating with internal departments to gather, analyze, and provide financial information/ recommendation.
- Drive continuous process improvement, SOP and ad-hoc projects such as new system implementation.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required
- Degree in Accounting or ACCA qualified
- At least 5 years in GL accounting and reporting
- Strong knowledge of SAP
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
- Dynamic, fast learner ability to work in fast paced environment.
