Job Overview:
The Associate Engineer – Instrumentation will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations related to instrumentation maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting across various systems and equipment. The role includes ensuring accuracy and reliability of measurement systems, supporting compliance with industry and regulatory standards, and assisting in technical documentation and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Water Quality Instrumentation: Oversee and support the installation, maintenance, and calibration of water quality monitoring equipment.
- Calibration & Troubleshooting: Ensure accurate calibration of instruments and troubleshoot any issues related to water quality monitoring systems.
- Remote Monitoring Support: Manage and provide technical support for our remote monitoring contracts, provide on-site diagnosis and troubleshooting when needed, ensuring optimal performance of water-related technologies.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to manage the timelines, deliverables, and milestones of ongoing projects.
- Client Liaison: Act as a point of contact for clients, providing them with updates, support, and ensuring their needs are met.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all installations, calibrations, troubleshooting activities, and remote monitoring performance.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Diploma in Water Management, Chemical, Environmental engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or a related field.
- Proficiency in swimming and comfort working in and around water bodies, canals, ponds, lakes, reservoirs, tidal gates etc.
- Class 3 driving license.
