The upcoming Eastern General Hospital (EGH) seeks to provide excellent healthcare and promote healing that is centred around each person. When operational, EGH will provide a comprehensive range of inpatient and outpatient clinical specialties and healthcare services covering emergency, acute and secondary care. You will be part of a team, supporting key organisational processes such as the corporate planning cycle, performance management and reporting, and enterprise risk management, to enable EGH to meet its organisational goals and objectives. This includes reviewing work plans and business cases, assisting in corporate reporting as well as providing secretariat support for senior management meetings and strategic workgroups. You will also undertake other assignments as required by the department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
  • Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in a healthcare environment
  • Familiarity with data analysis and presentation software would be an advantage
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to engage various stakeholders in a fluid environment and a growing organisation
  • Team player, highly motivated and action-oriented with excellent planning, analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
