1. Job requirement:

a. Overseeing routine maintenance, repairs, and renovations of buildings and equipment.

b. Managing security measures, access control, and emergency procedures.

c. Developing and managing budgets for facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.

d. Working with vendors for cleaning, landscaping, and other services.

e. Supervising facilities contractors, including technicians, caretakers, and gardeners.

f. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

g. Planning and managing space allocation and usage.

h. Overseeing building projects and renovations.

i. Implementing sustainability initiatives and energy efficiency measures and maintaining records of facility operations, maintenance, and repairs.

j. Assist Head of SRTC to prepare presentation, draft tender document, manage clients’ request on plantroom/workshop equipment usage, field devices installation along the test track, etc.

2. Profile of successful candidate:

a. Diploma in Facility Management and experience working in maintenance industry.

b. Good knowledge of various electrical and mechanical systems and codes for building and workshop. Able to ensure that maintenance procedures for various systems are adhere to and complying with safety regulations.

c. Strong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple tasks and projects.

d. Excellent communication skills to interact with staff, vendors, and clients.

e. Ability to supervise and motivate staff.

f. Ability to manage budgets and track expenses.

Work Location:

Working location at Tuas (450 Jalan Ahmad Ibrahim Singapore 639932) and the working hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, with possible OT on Saturdays when needed, which is payable).
