Job Description:

• Serve as a liaison between designers, clients, and architects to ensure project efficiency and effectiveness.

• Collaborate closely with BIM coordinators to generate project information models.

• Develop and maintain BIM execution plans for each project.

• Conduct supply chain assessments and address any deficiencies.

• Support and audit the project team to identify and address non-compliance issues.

• Provide training and upskilling in specific software programs to colleagues.

• Ensure staff have access to necessary tools and equipment.

• Manage the purchase of workstations to ensure hardware adequacy and effectiveness.

• Generate monthly reports for senior management to track and evaluate BIM implementation progress.

• Stay updated on advancements in building technology.

• Drive the implementation of digital information plans and strategies.

• Lead meetings to identify project tasks and resolve issues.

• Oversee BIM budgets.

• Support the career development, coaching, and mentoring of team members.

• Promote the importance of BIM across departments and teams.

• Maintain adherence to industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or other relevant disciplines

• Professional Certificate in BIM Management or other BIM related disciplines is bonus

• Experience in handling projects related to ACMV / M&E Services / Electrical

• Knowledge in Computational BIM tools like Dynamo, Generative Components and Collaboration platforms like Projectwise, BIM 360, Revizto are added advantage

• Well versed in Singapore BCA e-submission and guidelines
