Job Description

1. Contract Management: Draft, review, redline, and negotiate various contracts including Master Services Agreements, Engagement Letters, Global Framework Agreements, Statements of Work, Orders, Software License Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Subcontracting Agreements, and Data Protection Agreements.
2. Direct Negotiations: Engage with clients and suppliers to negotiate contract terms.
3. Internal Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, operations, and delivery teams to ensure smooth contract closure, providing legal support.
4. Inter-Company Agreements: Review and manage agreements between group companies across India, US, and Philippines.
5. Legal Skills and Compliance: Handle legal matters related to contract law and regulatory compliance in IT and service sectors, ensuring adherence to laws and company policies in India and US.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Advise local teams and support areas on legal risks, business strategies, and regulatory impacts.
7. Legal Support and Advice: Provide guidance on Intellectual Property, Information Technology, and Data Privacy issues, considering new regulations in India and US.

Candidate Profile

10-12 years of experience with extensive front-office expertise in corporate law, contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, and risk management in both US and India. Excellent communication skills required.
