Job description

The HR Manager plays a hands-on, execution-focused role in delivering best-in-class recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations across our flagship. You will work closely with the General Manager to co-create and implement people processes that are efficient, compliant, and aligned with our brand values.

This role is responsible for leading high-volume hiring across clinical, wellness, and hospitality roles, ensuring alignment with local employment laws, and managing the entire employee lifecycle — from hiring to onboarding, performance evaluation, and exit.

You must be process-minded, detail-oriented, and passionate about people. This role requires strong execution, clear communication, and the ability to support a growing organisation with structure, care, and agility.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Mass Recruitment

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across all departments, including clinical roles such as doctors, nurses, therapists, and operational service staff

  • Build pipelines and talent pools in advance of demand; manage job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and offer letters

  • Partner with department heads to define hiring needs and role scopes clearly and practically

  • Ensure efficient, consistent interview workflows and a warm, brand-aligned candidate experience

Onboarding & HR Administration

  • Design and manage a structured onboarding experience covering documentation, system access, values training, and zone-specific orientation

  • Ensure accurate setup of employee records, contracts, and compliance documentation

  • Maintain the integrity and accuracy of all personnel files, HR records, and digital systems

  • Coordinate with the L&D Manager and Chief of Staff on role-based onboarding modules

Performance Evaluation & Team Flow

  • Support the General Manager in implementing regular performance review cycles

  • Coordinate and manage documentation, reminders, and follow-up related to evaluations

  • Assist in documenting job changes, promotions, and exit interviews

  • Track and flag HR-related risks or issues that may affect morale, retention, or performance

Policy, Compliance & Payroll Coordination

  • Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, employment law, and healthcare-related hiring standards

  • Maintain awareness of sector-specific requirements for medical roles and ensure required licenses, insurances, or verifications are collected

  • Support accurate and timely payroll coordination and manage leave, claims, and HR-related policies

  • Assist in updating and enforcing team handbook and HR protocols

HR Operations & Cross-Functional Support

  • Support cross-department operations by documenting org charts, workforce plans, and reporting lines

  • Coordinate directly with operations and zone leaders to ensure staffing levels and shift flows align with business needs

  • Act as a bridge between people operations and guest experience, ensuring that service roles are staffed with high-performing, values-aligned individuals

What You Bring

  • 5 to 8 years of HR experience in fast-paced service environments (healthcare, hospitality, wellness, or fitness)

  • Deep understanding of Singapore employment law, MOM compliance, and sector-specific healthcare hiring practices

  • Proven success in managing mass recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation

  • Experience working with medical practitioners, allied health professionals, and hospitality teams

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to create order and efficiency in high-growth environments

  • Clear communicator and emotionally intelligent team partner

  • Self-motivated, structured, and committed to delivering on timelines

  • Alignment with our values and belief in empowering people through clarity, care, and consistency
