- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
- Conduct regular cost control and monitoring, tracking project expenditure against budgets
- Liaise with project managers, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Prepare progress and variance reports for management
- Assist in the procurement of materials and services
- Identify and resolve cost-related issues that arise during projects
- Provide input into project planning and scheduling
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field
- 2+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Project Engineer in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of construction processes, planning and cost control methods
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using construction cost estimating and project management software
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders
