A Project Management Tech Lead is a member of the project management team who supports program managers/CDOs and acts as a liaison between various teams ensuring smooth project execution within set timelines. This role requires effective communication, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning and Coordination Project Scope Definition: Develop a detailed project plan outlining the scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and milestones. Budget Management: Prepare and manage the project budget, ensuring that costs are controlled and any variances are addressed promptly. Schedule Development: Create and maintain the project schedule, coordinating with vendor partners, cross commit teams and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion. Resource Allocation: Plan and allocate resources to ensure efficient project execution.Team Management Staffing: Assemble and manage a project team, including Software engineering leads, developers, QE and subcontractors.leadership and direction to the project team, addressing any issues or conflicts that arise. Communication: Facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and US leaders to ensure everyone is informed and aligned. Leadership: ProvideRisk Management Risk Identification: Identify potential risks and issues that could impact the project, including financial, compliance, and operational risks. Mitigation Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks and handle unforeseen issues. Contingency Planning: Prepare contingency plans to address potential problems and minimize disruptions.Required Qualifications: 7+ years experience in software based solutions. Hands on experience as project manager or project coordinator for software based solutions. Strong written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to clearly articulate concepts and rationale. Must possess a solid understanding of digital technologies and best practices.Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a highly matrixed organization. Certification: PMP. Experience working in an Agile environment. Strong communication skills to engage team, facilitate discussion, mentor team members and resolve conflict.
