About The Project This is a government digital services platform focused on customer service and integration with multiple backend systems. The role involves strict compliance with national IT governance standards, security protocols, and service‑level agreements (SLA) for production support. We are seeking a versatile professional who can operate effectively as both a Business Analyst (BA) and a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist for a large‑scale public sector application. The ideal candidate will work closely with public service stakeholders, interpret evolving requirements, ensure compliance with public sector standards, and coordinate quality activities while still being able to perform hands‑on testing when needed. This hybrid role is essential for bridging communication between business needs and technical implementation while safeguarding product quality across a complex, evolving environment.
