Job summary

Working Days: 5 days Mon - Fri
Working hours: 8:30am -5:00pm
Salary: $3000 - $4000
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management industry or related discipline
- At least 5 years working experience in a related field
- Experience in valves, pipe & fittings
- Proficient in Ms Words /Excel / Powerpoint
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central system is a Plus
- Oversee inventory management
- Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts
- Maintain and monitor closely on monthly safety stock level to cater to order requests
- Lead yearly inventory stock take
- Ensure sales team are using the correct item codes
- Review and monitor products for discrepancies troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records
- Analyse product sales, stock turnover rate and inventory level
- Prepare, generate, and file inventory reports to ensure inventory accuracy
- Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency and reduce operations costs
- Administer purchase orders and payment process while working together with finance team on payment issues
- Liaise with forwarder or courier service to plan shipping schedules accordingly to fulfil orders
- Perform other and ad-hoc duties & responsibilities as assigned by the by the Superiors
