Job description

Environment: IFM

• Prepare and finalize submission and construction drawings, including tender and A&A working drawings.
• Draft ACMV, Electrical, and Fire Protection drawings.
• Utilize SketchUp for 3D modeling and V-Ray for rendering.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and arrange PE site visits.
• Track submission approvals and follow up on project reports.
• Manage and lead the design team, developing project design plans and ensuring objectives are met.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to integrate design elements.
• Ensure designs meet local building codes and regulations.
• Conduct design reviews and prepare presentations for clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee design documentation and address design-related challenges.
• Request quotations and submit Purchase Requisitions (PR).
• Allocate and review work for designers and assist with tender documentation.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
