Job summary

A leading management services company in Singapore is hiring 50 Guest Relations Officers to enhance visitor experiences at exhibitions. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles, exhibit professionalism, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include welcoming visitors, managing ticketing, ensuring cleanliness, and assisting in crowd control. The role offers a contract of 1 year with salary ranging from S$2300 to S$2800 plus allowances. Training and uniforms will be provided.

Qualifications

  • Min 1 year experience in a customer fronting role.
  • Maintain high level of professionalism, punctuality, and grooming.
  • Adaptable to shift rotations, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors warmly upon arrival, maintaining a professional and friendly manner.
  • Provide information about exhibitions, layout, safety guidelines and general enquiries.
  • Manage entry flow and assist in crowd control.
  • Assist guests with onsite ticketing, including purchases and registrations.
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness of exhibition zones.
  • Ensure exhibits are functioning properly and report issues.
  • Support exhibit resets and handle gallery props responsibly.

Industry: Arts & Events | Location: Town | Salary: S$2300 - S$2800 + Shift & Mobile Allowance | Working Hours: Scheduled Shifts 10am-10pm (Weekends & PH) | Contract: 1 year + Incentives + Completion Bonus

Customer Service
  • Welcome visitors warmly upon arrival, maintaining a professional and friendly manner.
  • Provide visitors with key information about exhibition, gallery layout, safety guidelines and general enquiries.
  • Manage entry flow and assist in crowd control to ensure a smooth guest experience.
  • Assist guests with onsite ticketing, including ticket purchase, ticket scanning, wristband distribution, and registration.
Exhibition Care
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of exhibition zones and common areas throughout the day.
  • Ensure exhibits and immersive installations are functioning properly, promptly report any technical or operational issues.
  • Support exhibit resets or transitions between show sessions, including lighting, audio, and interactive components.
  • Handle gallery props, interactive items, and equipment responsibly as per SOP.
  • Any other assigned duties required by supervisor.
Requirements
