Job description

Position: Services Engineer

WorkingDays: Monday to Friday (8:30am to 5:30pm) & 2 half days of Saturday per month ; Required to 24/7 Rotating Standby Duty
Office Location: Woodlands North / Required to travel client site for duty
Salary:S$2400 - $2800(Junior) - $2600 - $3300(Senior)
(AWS + P.Bonus +Quarterly incentive Standby + $250 mobile and cash card allowance)

Job Requirements

• Possess relevant qualification in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent
• Possess Valid class 3 license (Company Van Provided)
• Able to provide 24/7 stand by to customer on a rotating shift with other colleagues

Job Description

• Providing technical support and maintenance for printing equipment.
• Daily task will include troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, conducting equipment maintenance and repair, and ensuring the smooth operation of printing machinery
• Provide a weekly update on the jobs done to Manager.
• Provide on-site service of equipment sold.
• Set up and install newly sold equipment.
