Job description:
Client's advisor on a major airport development project. He will ensure that the client's objectives for safety, efficiency, sustainability, and value for money are achieved across all phases of planning, design, procurement, and construction. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Manage procurement of consultants and contractors and drive the project design and execution stages. Responsible for technical oversight, and governance support throughout the project lifecycle. Guide the consultants and contractor on airport operational requirement and safe management of construction work within terminal/ airport environment.

Requirements:
• Good team player, self-motivated with strong ability to multi-task and able to handle fast-paced projects.
• Innovative, creative and with good analytical thinking ability, qualitative/ quantitative and problem-solving skills.
• Good degree in Engineering/ Architecture/ Building Services.
• Familiarity with project management of phased construction and addition and alteration works within live operation will be assessed favourably.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiar with ISO9001 and ISO14000
