We are looking for a multi-skilled person who fulfils the description below:

• Professional problem solver: As an Optometrist, the company relies on you to ensure that customers get to enjoy the true foptics experience. From first contact, refraction, product recommendations, dispensing to after-sales service, every touch point requires your expertise to offer the best solutions to customers and leave a lasting impression. While we have developed strong standard procedures for most scenarios, you must also be interested to think of ideas to solve possible problems that may surface to enhance the foptics experience.
• Detail-oriented: As an Optometrist, you’ll work with Operations Department to ensure that every step of order creation is executed correctly and accurately.
• Team-oriented: You will work with the founder and a full team of Retail Specialists, Opticians and Optometrists towards achieving the mission of accessible eyewear for the masses. We place huge emphasis on company culture and invite you to co-create the best working environment in the optical space. We are looking for team players who look after one another.
• Dependable: Every team member is as significant as another. We are looking for dependable team members who can take full ownership and responsibility of tasks and cases on hand to ensure smooth operations and minimise unfulfilled gaps.
• Service with a heart: You will be activated to participate in philanthropic initiatives with the company on a regular basis for greater sense of purpose and fulfilment. While dollars and cents fuel the growth of the company, you must possess a golden heart to serve the underserved to raise their standard of living and learning.

• Full or Pre-reg professionals
• Everyone has a role to play, character above all.
• No previous experience necessary, though retail-related experiences are a bonus.

• Provide adequate refraction services
• Educate customers on the results and propose suitable solutions to raise their quality of life
• Manage customer orders from end to end
• Build up competencies in behind-the-scenes processes like Edging, Adjustments and Quality Control
• Manage inventory
• Test and improve existing processes

If you can manage your main responsibilities well, you will be groomed and promoted to:

• Be the main point of contact for new initiatives, partners and stores
• Take on training of interns and new team members
• Review existing processes, identify gaps and implement corrective measures
• Implement process improvement initiatives that would increase operational efficiency
