Finance Operations Associate (6–12 mo Contract)
Job summary
A non-profit organization in Singapore seeks a Finance Associate/Executive to support their Finance team in a transformative initiative. Ideal for working professionals and A-Level or Diploma students with an accounting background, this position offers hands-on experience in finance operations. Responsibilities include administrative duties, entry posting, and financial reporting. The successful candidate will have a Nitec or Diploma in Finance and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A minimum contract of 6 months to 1 year is available.
Qualifications
- Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Finance, Business, Administration or related discipline.
- Basic knowledge in bookkeeping is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support in the Finance Department.
- Assist in preparing documents and posting entries into the accounting system.
- Help prepare basic financial reports and summaries.
- Maintain proper filing and perform data entry tasks.
- Involve in ad-hoc projects and other necessary duties.
