Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of a strategic workplan and budget.
• Ensure EA’s operations adhere to governance best practices.
• Oversee preparation and management of EA’s annual budgets.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a Secretariat team of 10.
• Champion the adoption of digital tools to enhance organizational efficiency.
