Descrizione del lavoro
A care management provider in Singapore is seeking a dedicated professional to supervise resident care and develop well-being programs. The ideal candidate should possess a diploma in psychology, social work, or a relevant field and be willing to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends. Training will be provided. This position involves planning care, implementing activities, and maintaining cleanliness in the Home.
Competenze
- Diploma in psychology, social work, counselling or relevant field.
- Willing to work rotating shifts including night shift and weekends.
Mansioni
- Plan and supervise the care of residents.
- Develop and implement programmes and activities for the well-being of residents.
- Put up monthly interview records for residents.
- Ensure proper maintenance of the Home's equipment.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the Home premises.
Formazione
44hours shift per week
Rotating shift: 8:30am - 6:30pm / 8am - 8pm (AM) / 8pm - 8am
Location: Buangkok
