Job summary

A leading cash management provider in Singapore is looking for a Backroom Cashier. The role involves processing and verifying currency transactions, with training provided for candidates without experience. The position offers a gross salary of up to $2,700 including allowances and involves a 12-hour shift work schedule. The ideal candidate should be able to stand long hours and lift weights above 22 kilos.

Qualifications

• No experience required - training will be provided.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and to lift 22 kilos (50 pounds) or more.
• Required to wear safety shoes while working.

Responsibilities

• Process, verify, reconcile and report inbound and outbound currency transactions.
• In case of discrepancies, escalate the same to shift supervisor/team leader.
• Complete data entry for all transactions.
• Prepare outbound currency orders and replenishments.
• Identifying and promptly report any discrepancies to maintain financial integrity.
• Complete checklist according to established deadlines for each major function throughout the day.

Requirements

• Choice of Day or Night shift work (12 hours shift)
• No experience required - training will be provided
• Required to wear safety shoes while working
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and to lift 22 kilos (50 pounds) or more.
• 5 days work week (Rostered based)
• Gross salary of up to $2,700 including allowances
