Résumé du poste
A leading HR consultancy in Singapore is seeking a Night Baker to produce bakery bread products and maintain quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a Certificate in Baking Skills or equivalent. Working hours are from 8 PM to 5:30 AM, five days a week. This role also involves ensuring cleanliness and safety in the workstation and performing additional duties as required.
Qualifications
- Must possess a Certificate in Baking Skills or its equivalent.
Responsabilités
- Produce bakery bread products per recipe specifications.
- Maintain quality and consistent product standards.
- Ensure safe equipment use at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness in the workstation.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as needed.
Formation
Working Hours: 5 days rostered work week [ 8pm to 530am ]
Location: Buroh Lane [ Shuttle service from Lakeside MRT ]
Salary: up to $2600
- Certificate in Baking Skills or its equivalent
- Daily production of bakery bread products in accordance with specifications from recipes
- Maintain highest quality and consistent products standards
- Ensure safe and proper use of equipment at all times
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around workstation and strictly abide with health/sanitation regulations
- Any other ad-hoc duties base on operational needs
