The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in utilities management, a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, and strong leadership skills to manage a large team effectively. This role emphasizes energy efficiency and the implementation of preventive maintenance programs.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience managing utilities and facilities in manufacturing, preferably food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of performance-based contracting, utility optimization, and cost-saving strategies.
  • Proven experience with preventive maintenance for utilities and facilities.
