Job summary
A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Consultant to perform bookkeeping, tax, and payroll services for clients. The ideal candidate should have at least a diploma in Accountancy, 1 year of experience in an accounting firm, and proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks and MYOB. This position offers a competitive salary of $3,100-$4,000 plus bonuses and reimbursement for transport.

- At least diploma or degree in Accountancy, Finance, or professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA.
- At least 1 year relevant experience in an accounting firm.
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, MYOB, or Xero.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular bookkeeping and accounting services.
- Prepare unaudited financial statements according to FRSs.
- Streamline clients’ cashflow monitoring processes.
- Provide consultancy and training in accounting software.
- Review junior consultants’ work for accuracy.
- Manage internal and client statutory deadlines.
Skills
Education
Working Days and Time: 5 days 9am-6pm
Working Location: Ubi
Salary: $3,100-$4,000 + Transport Reimbursement + Performance Bonus
- Perform regular Bookkeeping and Accounting services, Taxation work, quarterly GST, Payroll services rendered to external clients (preparation of full set of accounts including bank reconciliation, audit schedules, etc.) or provide consultancy thereof.
- Preparation of client’s unaudited financial statements prepared in accordance to Financial Reporting Standards (FRSs)
- Streamline clients’ cashflow monitoring processes
- Provide internal process consultancy and backoffice software consultancy to clients
- Review junior consultants’ work for accuracy and reasonableness
- Conduct MYOB and other backoffice software trainings and IT consultancy for clients
- Manage internal and company’s clients’ statutory datelines
- At least diploma or degree in Accountancy, Finance, or professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA
- At least 1 years relevant experience in accounting firm.
- With proven exposure to managing full sets of accounts or equivalent experience in a related industry.
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, MYOB, or Xero
- Working knowledge of MS Office & MS Excel
