Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Executive to manage and coordinate the day-to-day logistics operations for Resorts World Sentosa. The candidate will be responsible to ensure a smooth movement of goods across the supply chain, including inventory management, transaction coordination and documentation. The selected candidate will need to ensure on-time and accurate delivery of goods based on the business units' requirement.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure documentation through Record Management System (RMS)
• Main Point-Of-Contact for managing E-form and WMS
• Main coordinator for end-to-end supply chain management (eg. Internal and External Warehouse, Inventory Management, Return to Warehouse and Return to Vendor)
• Assist in vendor invoice validation
• Any other logistics related function

Required Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics or equivalent at minimum
• Minimum 3 years of working experience
• Experience in Logistics industry will be an added advantage

Required Skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Words, Powerpoint
• Proficiency in operating WMS system
• Ability in communicating effectively with other business units
