Shift: Potential hours 6 am–3 pm or 8:30 am–5:30 pm
We are seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to manage technical and digital products within our aerospace‑industry operations (Singapore). The role will be hands‑on in supporting warehouse, supply‑chain, customer‑orders, tools & repair services, transportation, quality and other operational domains — with a primary focus on warehouse systems (e.g., automated storage, vertical storage, transport management systems, handheld scanners and related technologies).
You’ll oversee the full lifecycle of products/applications — from conception and design through industrialization, operation and retirement — including coordination of cross‑functional teams.
Manage the application/product lifecycle for information‑management systems: coordinate multi‑functional teams to develop, deploy and operate solutions that meet operational SLAs.
Collaborate with business functions locally (Singapore) and with counterparts in Europe to design, develop, deploy and support a portfolio of products/applications.
Provide hands‑on troubleshooting for local warehouse‑IT systems (automated storage, transport, handheld scanners, etc.).
Drive continuous improvement initiatives: challenge the status quo to simplify and deliver value, manage incident resolution and escalation.
Ensure high‑quality service delivery within defined SLAs; monitor performance, prepare and present key‑indicator reports.
Promote a digital culture and modern ways of working within the Information‑Management team; enable stakeholders to adopt agile and waterfall methodologies appropriately.
Educate, influence and support stakeholders in the deployment and support of products/applications.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT operations, support or front‑office IT role.
Proven experience in continuous improvement and transformation.
Familiarity with both waterfall and agile project‑management approaches.
ITIL Foundation certification (v3 or v4).
Strong stakeholder‑management, collaboration and coordination capabilities.
Good knowledge of logistics / warehousing processes.
Experience with call‑centre/contact‑centre solutions is a plus.
Skills in project and service‑management.
