Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the IT Product & Project Management team to achieve business goals and support the organization’s technology strategy.
• Oversee the development and execution of the IT roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business direction.
• Drive end-to-end project delivery, from planning to implementation, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, streamline processes, and deliver impactful technology solutions.
• Manage customer and stakeholder relationships, fostering partnerships that generate mutual value.
• Ensure consistent project execution, including cost optimization and standardized implementation practices.
